I have been in Jackie’s yoga class in various venues for almost 3 years. I enjoy the class immensely and have been impressed by her knowledge of yoga, her serenity and her ability to make the class flow. She makes significant efforts to introduce different moves and themes related to the time of year. As a result the class is both stimulating and relaxing. She ensures that the moves can be adapted to suit differing abilities.
